If you are having issues in this arena, I highly recommend him, as he won the case easily with correct updated information to the court. Judge checked it out and we got our summary judgement. Thank you Andrew Fleischman. If you have a problem with one of these misguided individuals who sues for reposting a post, Andrew is the best in town (Atlanta) for this type of problem. Yes, he is expensive but, worth the peace of mind. So if you are poverty stricken this is not the attorney for you and don't waste his time. “All charges dropped. Even had signed to accept a DUI charge to continue to drive for work. Never even seen on TV of anyone having such a great outcome. All dropped, no probation, no fines, walked out of court in shock. I was arrested and charged with super speeding, suspicion of DUI, expired tags, and no insurance. I made a court appearance to keep my license to drive for work, and signed to accept the DUI to keep driving. I called Sessions the next day and told him about my case. Despite calling late, after signing to accept a DUI, he got the entire case thrown out. The best decision I have ever made.
