“There are no amount of words that I can write to show my appreciation to Merryl Jones for the work she did for me. I developed health issues late in my career and was not prepared to stop working but due to these issues I had to leave my job. Like so many people who become disabled, I was scared and worried on how I would be able to afford my insurance and just the basic cost of living. From day one Merryl explained the process in a realistic manner that this is not a over night process and may take some time, but made me feel comfort with her compassion and her determination that she would do everything in her power to get the benefits I deserve. It was a long process and it can be stressful, but Merryl always responded to my emails and questions in a timely manner and always kept me updated along with always calming me down and keeping my stress in check with her positive attitude. I would be writing this review even if I was not awarded my benefits , because I know she did everything she could do and always made time for me. I can easily say she was right about everything she told me, it took time and it is a rollercoaster ride, but at the end of the day she did exactly what she told me she would do, she got me my disability benefits and it was such a blessing for me and my family. Merryl Jones was a blessing and was by far the best choice I could have ever made when it came to picking my disability lawyer. If you want someone that will listen, answer all your questions and concerns throughout the whole process , work hard, and get you your benefits, In my book she is by far the best choice anyone can make. “I recently got denied my Social Security, and I had called this office to assist me with my Social Security disability claim appeal. Every time I make an attempt to call the office I'm always given the runaround that the secretary is not at her desk the first time that I communicated with the attorneys, I was told that they will communicate 24 hours later and no communication was made. I do not recommend this company if you are trying to appeal your Social Security disability communication is terrible. I was recommended by a friend for this company, but they have terrible customer service now I am delayed in my process with my Social Security due to negligence of this company. Do not waste your time.”

“I would like to put the word out to anyone that is wanting to file for Social Security or Social Security Disability benefits. I was given Mrs. Jones name as a Social Security Attorney while I was in rehab for my knee. The person, I do not even remember his name, talk to me about his experience with Social Security and how Mrs. Jones help him obtain his Social Security benefits. To be honest, I thought he was just pulling my leg. At any rate, I made the appointment with Mrs. Jones, she took care of all the paperwork and I was able to get my benefits. It took time, that is just how government agencies are, but I am 100% happy with Mrs. Jones and her staff. I was really impressed that Mrs. Jones was able to, through the appeal process, move my onset date back much father than I expected. That made me very happy and resulted in almost 40k in back pay for me and my family.
