“Yeah ol Scotty charged me 7500$ and didn't do anything just took my money and ran during court his job was to defend me and make me look great he asked me like 2 questions that pertained to a different case and that was it 7500$ out the window never got real representation or anything talk about getting robbed no paper work nothing I do not recommend Scott at all I went to prison. I had no previous record or nothing I should have got probation or something for that amount I advise you find someone else for criminal law he used to be a cop so I'm almost sure he's gonna side with that judge he never put up one fight for me and my life is now ruined !!!! No paperwork nothing every time we spoke he asked for 2500$ every time and did nothing I regret it till this day find someone else if youre trying to beat the case mine was a weak case !!”

“We hired Scott for a custody battle. We were going through an emotional time in are youthful ignorance. Every day of court Scott would tell the Judge that we would need to confer with the other party and then disappear to another case, charging us 8 hours for the day as well as charging the members of the other case he was working with. Looking through the paperwork, it stated in the fine print that this was a possibility but 6 times was rediculous. He charged over $20 for emails and short phone calls, not only to him but his office assistant. He charged a quite a bit of money for the time it took to type a billing statement for what we owed. He did not sit with us and prepare us for court and all the evidence against our opposition, we had to come up with. We lost our case and owed Scott $12000. That is alot of money, especially for junior enlisted military.”
