“This is a beautiful community for people ages 55+ to live in. The yards are well kept, cars aren't parked in the street, neighborhoods are quiet. People driving by in golf carts waving hello is a common sight, as well as others taking walks. There are many activities at the Lodge during the day and evenings. We also have a beautiful outdoor pool and large heated hot tub that are open year round. Many homeowners have lived here for more than 10 years, so this community must be doing something right!”

“It's a New Year and we've seen some improvements within our HOA. This March we will gain 2 new Board members, one of them hopefully will be me. We want common sense volunteers who can bring our community together again! I look forward to being a part of the team to do that!”

“Great 55+ community.. All single family homes. acres of open area. Paths behind homes. 13,000 sq ft community building. Golf carts allowed. Close to I-35N frontage road. Affordable.”

“I am a relatively new resident of Scenic Hills who has had nothing but good things to report about my experience. From the first appointment for a guided tour, almost two years ago, when I'd initially learned about this community, until now, when I've researched dozens of options and moved in, I'm glad to call Scenic Hills my home. My experience has been of an exceptionally caring, accepting community. There may well be people living in this community who are prejudiced in a variety of ways, but they do not represent the "flavor" of the community as a whole. We do have a melting pot of residents, who choose how deeply they become immersed in the different activities of the community, but I'm confident no one is systematically excluded due to prejudice. I'm so sorry that anyone would get an impression otherwise.”

“A Lady that lives at this place was the rudest person I have ever met. I truly pray that not everyone that lives here is as rude and cruel as this one lady.”
