When my kidneys completely failed and I was placed on dialysis while living at the Salvation Army I became worried about getting disability due to so many cases getting denied. “He has been on my case 2 years, and it started off good. But slowly but surely started to lose contact with them. Its now been over a month since I was last able to get in contact with anyone.i don't know if everyone has retired, died or just skipped town. I've left multiple messages in a month span with NO RETURN CALLS. the sign says they're open and so does Google but they are NEVER in office and do not return calls. There was another person there dealing with the same thing. Do I call BBB? I REGRET USING THEM, FIND SOMEONE, ANYONE.. ELSE”

“I hired Russell brown for my first appeal.After receiving my denial letter I asked to see my file.to my horror I noted that they had not done one single piece of work. Everything in the file with the work that I had done on my initial request for my disability. His associate had apologized to me and stated that he must have dropped the ball on that one. So I began to search the market for a new attorney. However, Russell Brown told me that he had fired the associate had done such a poor job.I decided to trust him and give him another chance.it would be another 15 months before I would have my hearing with the judge. I had to call the office and let them know when the hearing was due and I had to remind them that my file needed work.and after the hearing to my horror I would be denied because of my physical status was not bad enough for disability. When all along the focus was supposed to be on my mental status not my physical status however,that has also seriously declined over the three and a half years I've been waiting to receive the disability answer. Russell Brown and associates have done a terrible job representing my case.I have now hired an attorney to help me appeal the court's decision I just pray that it's not too late. For I have been told that I may have to start this process all over again.I just don't know how I'm going to make it I'm going to lose everything. don't suffer the way I have. Find yourself a reputable attorney.”
