“Rude, would not respond to emails, and unable to answer basic questions. After working on my family's case for several weeks, Ms. Reinhart simply stopped communicating with us for no apparent reason. She would not return calls or emails. Then, out of nowhere, we received a call from a woman in the office who would only identify herself as "Christine". She was exceptionally rude on the phone and told us they could no longer represent my family due to an undisclosed conflict. No "I'm sorry for your loss", or "I wish we could help more..", just a robotic response of "we can no longer represent you as a client - the end". After weeks of representation, absolutely nothing was accomplished on this case. It was a horrible experience, but good riddance.”

“It is an absolute honor to write a review for Mr (Richard) Adams. He took on our case, which several other attorneys turned down due to the "lack of damages". Long story short, Mr Adams saw a wrong and wanted to help us make it right. It was not a money making case by any means. It was a tough case, but in the long run, it will help many people. Mr Adams was very through with all aspects of the case and reached out with updates often. Our case took over a year to go to mediation, but when we did go, Mr Adams gave us the most informed advice he could to help us make the right decisions. “Where do I begin? The dedication, passion & trust I saw in Richard & his son Tom were unmeasurable. I will forever be grateful I chose this office to represent me during a dark period in my life. Tom, Richard & remarkable staff behind them. After a near death experience & the defendant insurance company not cooperating, I was left with no choice to get representation. Being young, not well versed with legal lingo I felt safe immediately without my time for healing being sacrificed. They guided me through the process of legal proceedings and the remarkable impact hearing, "Don't think of a revenge or money or Us, think of what you see is fit to live a normal life with no questions asked." Countless times I was reminded how long or how difficult the legal system can be by nature, but I never felt unprepared by any circumstances.
