The judge appeared uninterested in hearing the full scope of the facts, which led to a decision that did not reflect the evidence provided. A fair judicial process requires careful listening and unbiased judgment, but that standard was not met in my experience. “There's too much evil in this county, disability tells you not to worry,keep your crisis around the back pay and leave us to fight thru hell to survive for 7 to 10 year's and the first thing they do is expire all your backpay...everyone in this crisis hurt me and my young daughter in ways you can't imagine but Mr Durham and Ms Reba captured my respect and heart in rescuing me from my ultimate nightmare. I was afraid I'd be the 1 st case he would lose but thanks to their diligence and professionalism,he said he won my case the fastest...5 months,other lawyers cost me all my back pay by making consistent mistakes. God bless you bothbut to disabled people,don't be fooled by the process and it's *benefits* . Prepare yourself for the reality of no back pay..in my case,considering the level of abuse and trauma.....it simply wasn't worth it... they've trapped me in this hell hole,the back pay was gonna get me out.
