“Horrible answering staff, the women articulated herself in such an uncivilized manner and I quote her "PERIOD". This law firm illegally submits documents without authorization and then denies it when client tries to follow up on the matter. No degree secretary denied such action even though social security and health care financial have the proof in their computer system.”

They always got back to me on thing I didn't understand and whenever I'd have to call for a hiccup in the process of my case. In the end, they helped me win after a total of 2 years of dealing with my issue that otherwise felt hopeless.”

“This law firm is a joke. They never once called me and let me know anything. I'm the one that had to call them and let them know what was going on with my case. That's truly sad that a client has to do that and they can't do it. I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. Luckily I won my case, but it wasn't because of them. There are a joke and do no leg work. I would advise you to not get them to do anything for you”

“I just want to do a review on Robert Higgins and Associates they are all wonderful and great people to work with I would recommends them to anyone 100 percent they are the best they communicated with me very well and was a big help to me I wouldn't have wanted anyone else they were amazing all the workers I worked with were very amazing I would definitely use them again if I had to and like I said I recommend them to anyone”

“Don't use this law firm to represent you for SS disability. My husband tried for over two years and when we got too the court part they didn't fight for him. Then we got letters saying he needed to sign more release to find out the case was closed and he has to reapply. Please don't waste your time. They don't care.”

“This firm is an embarrassment to people that need soc-security. They're of no help especially if you're in jeopardy of losing your home because of technicalities.There was no communication when ever I called to find out about my case, they simply didn't know and would deflect it back on social security. They'd not be in contact with me nor social security for months until I called them. It's best to look elsewhere for help because they won't help you. Please do your research and find another firm somewheres else.”

“Very unprofessional!! Saw and talk to attorney 1 time and that was in court. Assured me everything was going very good. Said her and judge was familiar with case. Judge didn't know I was diabetic, didn't know other issues. Was not able to contact firm again. They are a joke. Waited 2 and a half years. Filed an appeal with an excellent firm. Informed to never hire outside of home state. This form merged with a firm I had originally hired and moved to Texas. Criminals!!!!!”
