“Went in there to get a deed switched over from my fathers name to my name. I'm his son. I live in Ohio so for me to do that I had to make a special trip down there to do so. I paid the 50$ fee for her to make up the deed and the 15$ for the processing of the quick claim deed for Campbell county. That was two Months ago. I have called numerous of times. She always takes my number to never return my call. I can not believe a "professional" service treats clients that way. Horrible service. Horrible customer care. If I could give this place a zero I would. Just absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone I knew. Horrible. Now I have to make another special trip during this bad time in our country to have this deed switched over to my name out of my fathers. I will make sure to find a very professional and helpful lawyer. Not a joke of one.”
