“Bryan has been an attorney for over 35 years. So nearly everyone in town knows him and where his office is. That is partly why it is hard to find from street, there is little to no signage. Jenny a paralegal is there to greet you and answer questions. The office is very inviting and bright. They have two unisex bathrooms. They are handicap accessible but due to the slope of the lot, you have a long ramp to the front door.”

“I was targeted by the State Patrol based off of my out of state plates. No laws were being broken. Wasn't speeding , had proper paperwork for vehicle and valid license. Upon being searched I then became a criminal for the possession of marijuana. 12 hrs. From friends and family in a little town I was being hung from a tree. The DA only offer to me was 10yrs. Prison. I refused and was forced to a trial by jurors to start in 3 days. With the Exellent knowledge and experience from Mr. Powers we spent 4 days in trial. Personally I believe I would've been given 2 yrs. Probation if it wouldn't have been for one particular juror. He was a volunteer FD and pillar in the community. His physical stature was intimidating and his demeanor was already blatant that if you're here you're guilty. However instead of getting 10yrs in prison or what the DA guaranteed I would get in trial (20yrs.), Mr. Powers got me a 5yr. Sentence. Much more manageable that 10 or 20 but still wrong. Mr. Powers had the entire town frowning at him for representing me "pro bono". It was really a political battle in that small county and Mr. Powers won....I would take him against anything in a court battle. Very professional and thorough!!!”

“If i could give a negative star rating i would. Worst lawyer ever! Won't EVER return calls, extremely hard to get a hold of. Drove to his office daily and was never there. Been almost two years of the situation and it was WASTED money! Don't spend your money here go some where else!! Go to Mark H in decatur! Please let me save you the trouble!!! Mark has done more in four months than this dude has done in TWO years.”
