“I was in a really bad situation with the Biological father to my child . He was no good and I just wanted to get rights of my little girl to make her safe. The first lawyer I had was TERRIBLE , had her for 7 months and nothing was done I never even saw a court room. I worked with Kim and everything moved so fast and she is so professional and Joann was outstanding . They both are so knowledgeable and made me feel protected and that I was doing the right thing as my past lawyer I seriously cried because she would tell me I was being selfish. “We needed legal advice and found Kim Pinkerton. We paid up front a $100 consultation fee (even though their website stated free consultations). While she spent a good deal of time with us, we didn't feel we got the best guidance/advice (after finding an attorney who gave us excellent advice, was eager to help and followed through). When we tried contacting her office after sending requested documents and to follow up, calls/emails were not returned. When confronted, she sends me a long email full of excuses that they are busy, have other clients and have been in court. But what got me most was "you haven't retained us". It wasn't for our lack of trying.”
