“From start to finish my experience with them has been extremely frustrating. I have to follow up a minimum of 10 times via phone / email in order to get any response. It almost feels like they have 0 interest in working with me as a client. Also, they have made very basic errors in my paperwork - getting my last name wrong, which is baffling! I regret everyday picking them as the law firm for my needs.”
