“Nearly four weeks have passed and still no communication from this Law firm on whether I can get an appointment or not!. The receptionist has promised me three different times " by the end of Today" .....wasting my time waiting. Was initially asked to respond to three different e mails and to include office staff in the loop. What for???. Pathetic.”
