“Called me about an issue involving someone else, violated their privacy by giving me details about the type of issue they were facing. Had not even done enough of their own due diligence to know who the correct person they needed to contact should be. Tried prying personal questions to me to get details about something that has nothing to do with me. Whole call with their representative seemed a bit off.”

“Dropped off all my paperwork on July 29. Gave it to a young man curly blond hair, called ones could not tell me anything yet. Forgot the Man's name. Why the asking for proof and then don't straight it out. Very upset. Little people always get the end of the stick”
