1.0“Destroys my phone with spam calls and text constantly about an outstanding balance I owe I don't owe tickets and anything I've had has been paid. Idk how these people even have a business or how they get paid they sit around blowing peoples phones up for money lol I guess after buying the amount. Complete scam and fraudsters I'm sure. Get a real job stop using your daddy's law firm to scam and sit around all day. If you studied law go be productive and become a real attorney lol not this petty debt collection bs. Fake attorneys fake law firm fake scam texts and emails they literally have a 1 on google how much worse can your reputation get lol a year of the same text spamming my phone this should be harassment I finally pressed stop after reading the entire thing horrible”
1.0“SCAM ARTISTS!!!! My husband received a nasty post card in the mail last Friday for a ticket he had already paid in Childress county and this "law firm" insisted he owed another $343.90 for failure to appear when in fact Childress county said everything was good on their end! SO MAKE SURE YOU CALL WHER EVER THEY ARE CLAIMING YOU OWE MOMEY TO BEFORE YOU PAY THESE THIEVES ANY MONEY!!!”
1.0“My name is Stacy Findley. I received a call from your office this morning informing me that I owe you money for a very old citation out of Potter County. When I told your collections girl that this had been paid last May (2017), because I wasn't able to renew my driver's license, obtain insurance, etc., until it was paid and I have renewed and obtained the aforementioned things. She rudely told me that I did, in fact, still owe the money and that it "will definitely show back up on my license...". I called the court and was told that this matter was, in fact, indeed, taken care of last May (2017). You people need to get your business straight and STOP hounding people who have paid their debt(s)!!!”
1.0“Taking collections on something that was voted unconstitutional by Texas few years ago. (Red light cameras) Amarillo just only barely ended the contract in sept but still want their last penny by threatening it's residents with huge illegal red light camera fraud via this trash bag collection agency. They even go as far to threaten a civil suit against someone who doesn't even reside in that town. Who audits the audit? Who's going after these crooks? Contact your state rep immediately”
1.0“They did not respect my request to stop contacting me, which is illegal under our laws. Instead of sending me 1 demand to pay a debt, they sent me 2. 2 duplicates of the same one, 4 letters total. I have submitted a complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) (the government agency that helps enforce this disregard for consumer laws) and I highly recommend anyone else being harrassed by this company do the same and seek damages if they do not stop.”
1.0“I just called trying to figure out if I owed tax money and the secretary was rude to me and said" well if you don't own property then you don't have to pay". Well stop sending me letters saying I owe you money. I still really don't know what this place is for but hopefully you don't owe them money and if you do call the rude secretary an make sure. Apparently they don't know who owes them money. Be careful”
1.0“This place is a joke. A judgment for money for writing a bad check from 2009. I called them wanting more info since WHO can remember anything from 13 years ago. After getting the run around, it would cost me a sum of money to even get a copy of the check from this place, of course. Statute of limitations is well exceeded by Texas law. Announcements of all of this from a prepaid post card. SCAM!!!!! Now stop the harassment!!”
1.0“These folks are well known scam artists. The P.O. Box they provided that is supposedly where I was told to send a money order is not even near the correct address for my local municipal court. That and a municipal court doesn't even use a P.O. Box. Nice try, jerks.”
