“Good luck getting ahold of them. Got a ticket for expired sticker, so i went and got a new one. I called and the lady said the court date can be dismissed with the proof. Tried going Friday, they're closed. Went Monday, Google says open til 5 pm SURPRISE they close at 12. And they close at 4 all the other days. No wonder all these other reviews say they can't get ahold of anyone, they're barely open! This is how these small towns get you, they make it the most inconvenient process possible to get anything dismissed.”

“They are doing a Warrant Round-Up 2/24/24!! I got a speeding ticket almost 8 years ago and I'm just now receiving a notice saying it is outstanding. I know I paid it and I'm going to have to go through hoops to figure out my payment method so I can contest. They won't even answer the phone so I can't confirm anything! They have always been known to be jerks over there! ZERO STARS!!”

“Passing through this little town and got a ticket. Tried to call several times but never any answer. But if you show up there's a lady behind the desk who will just let the phone ring. I tried to ask some questions but I simply couldn't get a word in as she kept interrupting me. She was by far the most rude individual I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I hope to settle this ticket and never return to this town again just to avoid her! Unbelievably rude and unhappy person. I feel sorry for her. It sucked having her bad day spill over on to me.”

“Zero stars if I could. They're saying I skipped out on a ticket from 2011, 13 years ago! I paid this ticket and took defensive driving for this back in 2011. I was also on camera with the local news station that night in front of the courthouse. Now to jump through hoops to recover these records because mine were destroyed by hurricane Harvey.”

“If I am able to give 0 stars I would. This court is a scam trying to take money from people stopping them for no reason. My husband ticket was about 600.00 and they dumped it up to 1800.00. Please someone help us please.”

“Getting letters about failure to pay?? I paid and did defensive driving and dropped everything off IN PERSON. They never answer the phone. So now guess I'll be going back again to find out what's going on.”

“Received letter in the mail regarding a ticket that has been paid off since 2017. No answer when you call, no response to emails, and the amount they say I owe was more than the original ticket. I even spoke with a detective with their police department who said they would get back to me but never did”

“Good luck catching them open.... took me 6 trips. Thats how they get such a high conviction rate. You would think they would be in a better place other than a mobil home and a tuff shed. Make you wonder where the money actually goes.”
