“I had no idea who to use when I realized this was the direction I needed to go. A coworker had worked with them in the past and had great things to say. I was nervous because of the horror stories you hear about other company's. Dealing with an insurance company was impossible for me. I was beyond stressed when I called but I'm glad I did. It took time as expected but they did their best for me and I am very satisfied with the results. Everyone I spoke with was kind respectful and did their best to make sure I understood what was going on. I hope I never end up in a situation like this again but if I do they will hands down be my first call and I won't wait near as long either. Thanks!”
