“I can't speak for Mike himself, but his paralegal that I spoke with for all of 5 minutes was nothing but rude, condescending, and generally unhelpful. I called related to an release of easement matter seeking counsel, and all she did was interrupt me, treat me like I'm a complete idiot, and talk as if my phone call was the most inconvenient thing that had ever occurred to her. Needless to say I decided this law firm was not for me! I hope this review serves as a reminder to her that how you treat your customers matters! And my advice for Mike, if you want more business, you ought to consider replacing her! Because I'm sure, just like me, her attitude has ran many customers out the door!”

Mr. Park and Morgen were always there to answer any questions. They were very upfront with any issues we may have trying to resolve the issue. They were very communicative and kept me in the loop. The whole office was friendly and welcoming. Mr. Park walked me through every aspect of my case. The case was resolved in two years, which seemed like a long time but I trusted the office and employees to get me the care I deserved. They helped me find great doctors who could get me healed and not leave me in pain afterwards.”
