“I don't know why they have such low rating. The clerk is super nice and thoughtful. She answers all my confused and dumb question with a great attitude and make me feel at ease dealing with my first speeding ticket.”

“Staff is very unhelpful and rude. Called to inquire about how to put in options for no contest, and kept repeating themselves like I was not understanding. Simple question was did I do everything I needed to do or not. Online is also not very helpful, when you choose no contest no other options appeared as the lady over the phone stated, so maybe updating instructions or options would be helpful.”

“I got a ticket for speeding to say bye to my grandmother who was on a ventilator and I was trying to get to the hospital quick enough to let her hear me say goodbye to have one last word with her. They STILL gave me a ticket, made me pay $300 and do defensive driving. They only care about money because I know for a fact if that was their own grandmother they would've been speeding too. I should've fought this ticket but had to much going on, my daughter also had heart surgery at the time, then two weeks later my grandmother passed, so I didn't even have the energy. I hope that cop gets bad karma, I get it's his job but I wasn't speeding just to speed. I'm glad I was speeding too because I got to tell her goodbye.”

“Very very unhelpful clerk. Called to ask if I was eligible for defensive driving and she said that she couldn't tell me and I would have to look it up. That is the first time a court has ever told me they couldn't see my eligibility. Don't think she wanted to look it up.”

“I call just a minute ago this Lady front desk or what ever job is doing there is horrible lazy to find a name or last name ! No way to help out to find anything I call other courts and yes they work with you and find if you lost a ticket but this lady no helpful at all !”

“Called at 4:50PM they close at 5PM. Was told to hold and they had me holding for 20 minutes. I finally hung up. She did not want to help me and was ready to go home. Absolutely terrible customer service.”
