5.0“Came in to ask about a noise ordinance. Ended up talking about the Grimace Shake. I'm not really sure how we got there. I mentioned it offhand--how every time I drink a Grimace Shake, I feel a little off, like something's missing. The officer at the front desk said, "They stopped serving the Grimace Shake a while ago." But I just had one. I know I did. It was cold, and the lid had that weird little shake dome. I even took a picture of it, but now I can't find the photo in my camera roll. "They haven't served the Grimace Shake in months," he said again, softer this time. I didn't know what to say to that. The Grimace Shake doesn't taste like berries. It tastes like a memory you're not sure is yours. It tastes like being 8 years old and thinking everything lasts forever. I keep getting the Grimace Shake, hoping it'll feel like it used to, but it never does. I asked around again before I left. Different officer. Same answer: "They stopped serving the Grimace Shake a long time ago." Still, I swear I saw it on the menu. Just for a second. Then it was gone. Anyway, the staff was helpful and polite. Five stars.”

1.0“Teresa attend me for daughter birth certificate and she was really nice and helpful but the lady on the desk front at counter "Kay" laughed at my "Birth" spelling with the lady behind her, She also has a sign on her desk that it says big and clear "I don't speak spanish" If she don't like people that speaks spanish only I get it but she should show some respect for the people that try to learn and speak english”
4.0“9/10 service. Would dine-in again. I am an immigrant from New Orleans where I was born, and we don't have much food there. So when I saw that my crops were running low, I heard about this fine establishment in a little town called Dumas, Texas. Beautiful architecture, the service was great, and the food is exquisite. I especially like that they added the dog with the one eye in front. He was nice. There were a few police officers there, so I felt right at home, and secure. I'll have to take one star off because this restaurant requires you to argue with the receptionist in order to get your food. Eventually though, she handed me a brown paper sack with the name "Ellen" written on the front. Gotta say, those were some mean PB&Js. The Lays chips were a little stale though. Other than that, I had a great time here. Would recommend.”
1.0“Absolutely terrible service here, you can't even call and ask a question because the woman is already giving you another number saying very rudely you've dialed the wrong number. If you don't want to do your job and be nice get a new one!!!”
