Several attorneys initially presumed that the Laken Riley Act applied and advised that bond would not be available. I had done my own research and was confident that the Laken Riley act did not apply in my friend's case. His consultation was thorough and strategic. His office requested extensive documentation, including multiple letters of support and strong bond sponsor evidence.
