“As we searched for attorneys I was checking reviews and someone skilled enough to handle our situation to avoid foreclosure and eventually getting the opportunity for a loan modification after being denied for 9 years after applying relentlessly. Well Attorney James Minerve showed up and did his job very well . He was honest, straightforward, and it was a smooth process. He didn't promise us anything he just did his job and God worked alongside with him. “I'm a realtor who referred James to my seller who was going into a foreclosure situation. We got in touch Friday and got it canceled by Monday. Seems like a pretty busy guy which is why some might complain about the communication but everything was handled in a very timely manner. He delayed foreclosure and we closed the deal.
