“We have had the worst experience with this law firm. Here we are 5 years later still waiting for our lawyer Patrick LeMaster to get back to us after filing our paperwork with the IRS wrong. We originally started my father's estate with Andy Lohn who was amazing and very much missed. When Andy passed away our estate was handed over to Mr. Couch. After three months he passed us to Mr. LeMaster. We have had numerous phone calls in the beginning to catch him up with our estate and signed all paperwork to go forward with him representing us. He assured us he would contact my dad's financial firms on our behalf so we could file the taxes and close the estate. He never went through with any of those calls two years ago. Last year he said we needed to contact the IRS to get the reports so we could have a record of the accounts. After three months he finally sent me the forms to sign which I immediately did. A few months later I received a rejection letter from the IRS that he didn't check any of the boxes off before he sent it in. After calling and emailing him 5 months ago I still haven't heard back from him. So now we are stuck not knowing how to move forward with this, taxes and closing of the estate and we all live in different states than our father did. Please use anyone but this firm. This has been so grossly mishandled for three years now and we just want to close this.”
