“I wish I had something good to say about mcdivitt law firm and specifically Joel. From the get-go Joel was on the side of the insurance company he kept asking me why was the lady from the workman's comp was being rude to him ? like I would know that , other than she was a very rude lady. The whole time for a year and a half before I got my settlement he was interrogating me over and over about what happened he was playing both sides but I know that he was mostly on their side because I wasn't crippled but I was dragging my foot for a long time after the accident maybe he just wanted to go to a bigger case where he'd make more money but he dismissed me completely for the longest time 2 weeks before the settlement is when he finally started doing something about my case. and the garbage about..." they won't let you settle for less than you deserve" is just that Garbage! Because Joel convinced me to take the low offer he said if I went to court I would get nothing and he didn't fight for medical so I paid it out of pocket for my medical and never got it back he said workman's comp doesn't pay medical,loss or pain and suffering. ...?! So basically I got a few months pay and had to retire early with out full benefits. Still can't work. I do not recommend this law firm.”

“When Carl Zelenskyy was there handling my claim, he was amazing and did an incredible job but when it came to my daughter's claim, and we switched to a new attorney Jordan McAdams, the communication was next to none. The dealings that I had with him I felt were unprofessional, the amounts he would say he thought he could get continuously decreased in the end she maybe got 15% of what we were originally going for I felt that my daughter's case was not taken seriously and that his personal life got in the way of really fighting for my daughter's case. We were extremely disappointed.”

“My pregnant wife and daughter got hit sitting in a parked car. We called mcdivitt to make sure we got the compensation we deserved. There were 3 people involved including my unborn son. They settled the case for $25k on behalf of my wife. It took them several months and maintained very little communication and ended up with only $14k which is $3500 more than they said there fees are. They were dishonest and not upfront about the cost of their services. Extremely disappointed. I would recommend going with literally any other law firm.”

Without his advice, of going back to the doctor and having further tests, I would not have a diagnosis, nor the treatment needed to recover. When it was time for litigation, Nicole Gallerani did an amazing job helping me settle out of court. And when I picked up my settlement check, it was more than I expected! Both of them are exceptional!”
