“For someone like myself and my family that doesn't have much dealings with the court and the legal processes, stepping into the court room and going to trial can be very intimidating. The state offered a plea but that meant my son would have had to admit guilt and that was just unacceptable to my son and the rest of my family. Matt assured us from day one that he would fight hard for my son and do everything in his power to bring justice, and he did just that! I'm not exactly sure what it was, maybe it was the passion in his voice ,sincerity of his words or maybe just his earnest demeanor but after our first meeting my family and I knew we were in good hands. He explained everything in detail every step of the way through the process of litigation and on the day of trial he stood tall all by himself against a team of four prosecuters and got my son the non guilty verdict he deserved. If anyone is looking for a lawyer that will fight diligently and relentless in his efforts to bring you justice then Matt Barton is definetly your guy.
