“I came in person from FTW to meet these people and discuss my situation in hopes we could solve my concerns together. I wasn't comfortable giving my SS#, and other personal information over the phone. So when I eventually reached the reception area, they openly asked me for that information right in front of the receptionist. I said," I didn't want to get into that right now". I don't know what she said at that point but she actually threw her hands up and head back in frustration. I responded immediately with, "Thank you for your time & goodbye". I then immediately exited the way I came in. Now I'm out in the parking lot writing this review. In my lifetime attorneys take you to a private room and often will discuss the situation with you. Once in an agreement that's where the personal information comes in. Unfortunately having to find someone else will be very stressful for me in my current state. Yet that's okay because if this treatment is how we begin, it won't be pleasant in the long run.”
