“I will say in the beginning he was very prompt, could answer his cell phone, and seemed pretty competent. That all went downhill very quickly. My number one gripe is that I would get phone calls in the evening, alerting me that I would have court in the morning. When you pay $5,000 for a lawyer, you would think you could get a courtesy email or a call more than 12 hrs notice. My next gripe is that this guy just does not show up to court until after lunch if you're lucky. He will not tell you when you're not needed that day or if he's even going to show up that day. Again, when you pay $5,000 for a lawyer you would expect your time to be considered a little bit more valuable than that. Consistently every time I had a court date it's me calling John 10 times and hunting the man down while he is pretending like he is in court when he hasn't strolled in yet. And lastly the guy doesn't know his place, tried to convince me to divorce my wife which is not what I hired him for. The real kicker is I ended up having to get a free lawyer as well, this lawyer ran circles around John. All that is to say that this Law Firm will take your money very quickly and do as little as possible from then on out. You enter in to the machine of clients.”

“Jon Evans is a great guy and great attorney. If you hire him his goal will be to get your case dismissed. But that takes time and you will need to be patient. You are not his only case, don't hound him for answers. Your case is being worked on . Good luck and don't talk to the police without Jon representing you.”

“To sum things up, he's all bark with no bite. Like most attorneys he will gladly take your money. This post is to inform people to watch out and save your money. It is supposed to be about the children but Mr Lusk barely prepared for our case. After we lost our hearing I really needed him to give me advice. I called and emailed with no response for 23 days but when I emailed him to let him know that his "services" wouldn't be needed. He said he understands how I feel. This is a warning to who ever reads this. He is a cash grab attorney.”
