“I hired Zane Heller to take on my divorce case after being dissatisfied and discouraged with my previous attorney's demeanor and approach to the case. Zane patiently answered all my questions, gave his recommendations while still respecting my opinions, played hard ball when needed to bring this high conflict case to a close. Every step of the way, he and the office communicated with me openly and told me what I could expect; I never felt like I had to chase them for answers. Zane had my best interest and the best interest of my child at heart, and he was calm, reassuring, and patient throughout the process.”

“I hired this firm to continue my divorce case when my previous lawyer quit practicing family law after 6 months on my case. I did not do a lot of research and practically had to hire the first lawyer that I interviewed because of short notice. On several occasions they completely ignored my emails, or responded with gaslighting when I would bring up any concerns for the safety of my son. At one point I asked my lawyer at this office to move my mediation to a different mediator and she called me literally screaming about my choice which I found disrespectful and completely absurd. After 6 months I asked this lawyer to quit my case when they cancelled mediation less than 24 hours before the appt. because the opposing party was unwilling to pay their half of mediation. I found it completely careless and unprofessional that they allowed this to happen and I expressed this in an email. The response from my lawyer was that I needed to find a new lawyer because I criticized their professionalism. This was after 6 months of back and forth emails with opposing counsel, wasting $5,500, and never going to mediation. I would not recommend this law office to anyone regardless of what they read on Reddit or anywhere else. I was gaslit by the lawyer that I was paying for 6 months and it delayed my divorce. It wasn't until I hired a male lawyer that pressure was put on opposing counsel to stop my wife from abusing my son. Once I hired a male lawyer I took a short vacation and when I returned this abuse completely stopped without even a court order. 6 months of proof of neglect of my son was completely ignored by this law firm.”
