“Horrible experience. Staff is extremely unprofessional and unprepared. I went in with what i needed and they didn't even care to prioritize it. Manager Luz Salinas was "helping" me but "multitasking" the entire time with her staff that kept interrupting our "session". I had called to also confirm that they wrote up the document and upon arrival they wanted us to figure it out on the spot, because she didn't know how to word everything, so she wanted us to write her an outline so they could modify it but even then she looked like she had no idea what to do, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Response to the owner: You can multitask and still be respectful to the clients in front of you trying to work with them and not trying to blame them for supposed misinformation given over the phone. We were very respectful throughout and when my mom suggested we go somewhere else luz said "yes please" before i could say anything because she really didn't know how to go about it and i said you know what, thank you for nothing. Point blank period. Your defamation and lies will never excuse your lack of professionalism.”
