“Regarding Mr. Phillips and his Assistant. The lady and the lawyer are unprofessional. The woman was very rude and falsified information regarding my phone number. I expressed my concerns in a civil manner and she became very defensive and hung up on me. She then admitted another number was on file but tried to claim she never said there was never an additional number. I would not recommend this place and the lawyer never took the time to see they changed my phone number and never returned my call. He sent a letter telling me to do the case myself and without a lawyer.”

“Reached out to them for help with maintenance issues I was having with landlord. They were very nice and respectful. Took the time to listen to my issues and asked to send whatever I had as proof of problems and that I had informed realtor of problems. Called next day to help me take care of these issues. Very grateful to them mainly the attorney that help me. I give them a 110%”

“Application process is an EASY 10 minutes. I got my appointment the following week with the Director. The gentleman who did my application over the phone patiently listened to my concerns. When I became emotional for a few seconds he was VERY empathetic and kind. He was reassuring and soft spoken. So far, my FIRST interaction with them has been FANTASTIC so far. The meetings are over the phone.”

Today I had a phone meeting with Emily, she was a tremendous help, basically worked things out for me and did it all by phone! She is very knowledgeable, and you can tell she enjoys helping others. “Not been to the building but they wouldn't help me because they wanted to use my friend income and that's not right they have nothing to do with me wanting a divorce. I gave two star the man I talked to was nice but could had figured a way to help me more better.”
