1.0“Awful unfortunately! I talked with Richard, great conversation. I had 3 patents to do. I paid half to see the work. The first one was done within 3 days, so I paid the second half. The next 2 were done a week later, but they needed changes due to their illustrator. It's now 4 weeks later, and nothing. I follow up weekly with the same response, stated differently, about checking with the illustrator. Go elsewhere.”
1.0“Richard Eldridge was hired to challenge a patent pending application. He requested the payment upfront which I provided. After 6 months he has not done the job even though he stated up front, it was a straight forward issue. Every communication we've had was initiated by me. Each time I reached out to him his only response was he can't find the application number but they are working on it. He just keeps telling me they are exhausting all efforts to do the work although after 7 weeks I haven't seen an itemized statement he promised me. I frankly feel he has dropped the ball. He got his money so he is done. I have filed a grievance with the state bar and would like him to return my money.”
5.0“I've used the Leavitt & Eldredge Law Firm for several years (2021-Present) on multiple patent applications (both non-provisional and provisional). They have always delivered, assisted with every request I have made, answered promptly, and met all deadlines; all for which I am incredibly thankful! The team there (especially Richard and Audrey as well as Luke, Caroline, Alyssa, Jennifer, Fariya, and Kayla) has been fantastic to work with. This team knows that Patent Process well, and how to navigate it efficiently. I have received a patent grant, and then I intentionally let my provisional application lapse because I decided to go a different way, and my next non-provisional is in the works (word-smithing responses to initial feedback from the USPTO) . Even if the USPTO puts forward initial rejections/comments, it is absolutely possible to overcome (I know because this team has proven themselves!). It seems like USPTO objections tend to be based on existing claims that really have no relevancy (an attempt to minimize the USPTO reviewer's acceptance rate, no doubt, hoping that the applicant will give up easily so the USPTO reviewer can move on to their next one). I 100% plan to continue on with this great team as long as I need patent services because of the great experience I have had with them and continue to have!”
5.0“I highly recommend Leavitt & Eldredge Law Firm. They are very customer centric and did a fantastic job of guiding me through the patent process. I've had the pleasure of working with Beth Felix for some time and I'm always beyond impressed on her knowledge and professionalism. She's been great with the follow up and overall planning to help me achieve my patent goals. Richard was top notch as well and a fantastic patent attorney who's on top of things. I've already brought a friend there who was interested in pursuing a patent as I couldn't imagine a better firm to go through the process with. Great job hands down!”
5.0“During my first consultation Mr. Eldredge shared the necessary steps and required information needed to apply for a provisional patent. He also stated a clear expectation of time it would take to do a patent search and to get the provisional patent. Well it literally took 2 weeks from the time I submitted the necessary documents to his office for me to receive my provisional patent. How awesome is that. Mr. Eldredge and his associates were professional, available and delivered outstanding value.”
5.0“We had a wonderful experience with Leavitt Eldredge. We contacted Beth and Heather for some minor trademark issues and they responded quickly. Every step of the way, they explained everything thoroughly and all the while being very supportive. Any questions we had, they answered quickly and accurately. The tasks were handled quickly and we are looking forward to the completion of the project. Thank you for wonderful service!”
5.0“Richard Eldregde at Leavitt Law firm was outstanding in helping me move forward with patenting my invention. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Him and his team makes the patent process seamless, easy to understand, and take on all the heavy lifting for you. They are quick to respond and quick to get the process in motion. Leavitt Law is a great resource to help solve all your patent problems. I would highly recommend Richard and his team to anyone who is looking to secure their intellectual property for the future.”
5.0“I have been working with Leavitt Eldredge Law Firm for almost 3 years since I started my first patent application. I have to say they are a nice team and the members are professional and talent. Especially, when they help you to descript your design, you will see such a standard way to copy with these details. Also, what impressed me a lot is their team member Kayla Mix, who help me with the defense when the examiner feedback. Even all my claims were rejected, Kayla still worked wonder in a subtle way to redress my application and finally we successfully got 3 claims. I like Kayla's tricks so much and believe that without Kayla's effort, I can not get the notice of allowance. Really appreciate. Maybe when I have another idea to be patented, I will still hope to work with them.”
