“Everyone at The Eldredge Law Firm was GREAT! Their website is very well designed and full of helpful information. My initial phone call to the firm led me to Brandy who was very nice and knowledgeable. Richard was patient and listened to all my ideas and perspectives. His mechanical engineering background ensured that he understood all the mechanical aspects of my idea. Richard was enthusiastic and supportive and was quick about running the patent search. Once Richard gave the green light to move forward the process was fun and educational. I had LOTS of ideas on how I wanted my device to work and Richard accepted them all as he and his illustrator worked on the best version and subsequent embodiments. I was very pleased with the final patent illustrations as well as the technical description of my patent. The technical writing was truly exceptional and proved that Richard is a master in his field of law. I had researched the possible costs of this process and the fact that The Eldredge Law Firm offers a flat charge for services rendered was a great option. To be able to get the initial patent search, one-on-one conversations, patent illustrations, technical writing, and the proper filing of the patent for one flat fee was AMAIZING and stress free. I was even given a discount on filing for a trademark because they handled my patent. Beth was also extremely pleasant and accommodating while handling the filing of my trademark and subsequent questions. Even after the process was over Richard, Beth, and Brandy have all been available for occasional questions. The Eldredge Law Firm is a professional organization and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for services they provide.”
