“Our Businesss "hired" this firm and our councile but Fernadano has yet to preform any of his services he promised for us. We cut him a check thinking this was our best choice with our business's contracts but we are still waiting on him to negotiate our contract. I would totally NOT recommend this firm!!! All we got was lies and promises and then smoke and mirrors!! TRUST us... find another Lawyer if you want any actual results!”

“I paid Fernando his asking price . I have been constantly reaching out to Fernando about my case . I have now been sued because he never returned the call to negotiate on my behalf . This has been going on for a year now and time after time he doesn't return my calls, he doesn't return my emails just completely ghost me . Now I have to find new representation within the next 30 days.”

“My case won but not thanks to him. I won because I was smart during and after the accident and did everything right for evidence. I was an emt-b and had experience with this crap and new how to handle it. And because the defendant even admitted to it from the start. So we settled outside of court. It was easy money for him. And open and shut case. No thanks to this firm that actively slowed down the process. He was slow on paperwork, the doctors he had me go to hed have his staff call and delete my appointments without consent for care for my accident then theyd lie about it until i informed them it was a recorded line and the med staff at two facilities mentioned them doing this. Did not give a crap I was in pain, had no car and a job to go to and kids. Mind you this care-? Was covered by his insurance until the money came back and reimbursed him. Not at all an issue. He didnt want to bother and did not care that I was having bad neurological symptoms even when they aided the case. My doctors and care staff had to fight tooth and nail to get the care I needed for me. Didnt communicate at all unless I forced him and only after weeks. He never marked my car in the accident as evidence nor communicated where it was to the defendants insurance. And because it was in there too long it got repo-ed. Now thats on my permanent record even though my winnings paid it off. Wonderful.. He was rude, callous, fake smiled and that demeaning "nice" where the whole time they act like you're a pitiful idiot. And all around just not a good man or lawyer. Would not recommend. Most who had bad experiences dont post on reviews due to fear of retaliation but screw it. Im tired of him getting away with actively screwing people over. If you ask around youll find many more people who were far worse off than me because of this firm”

“We really thought we had built good rapport with Fernando, Lately however, receiving any response at all seems nearly impossible. i have emailed and called leaving several voicemails numerous times and have received no response. My wife has also tried calling only to receive an option to leave a voicemail. While we can all understand that life can be busy and unexpected things may arise; common curiosity to return a communication or providing any update would be nice. If I could give this review no stars I would.”

“Don't do it - regardless of how low payment he's requesting. This firm only reaches out once and ghost after receiving payment- in which ask for Zelle so it's harder to dispute. Sells you the world and over states that he's busy or not always at reach- red flag. I strongly suggest go somewhere else. Not once reach back to me including emails.”
