“I don't even know where to begin with my level of disappointment. When I first hired Fernando Alvarez 10 years ago, I was very young and trusted that he was a reliable attorney. Over the years, however, the quality of his work has declined drastically. He rarely communicates or provides updates on my case anymore, leaving me constantly unsure of what's happening. The most unacceptable issue occurred in April of this year. He failed to attend my USCIS interview, one of the most important steps in my immigration process. I had hired him and paid in full a month prior, yet he did not show up, and offered no accountability. To make matters worse, the refused to refund the credit card payment fee for a service he never even provided. I understand there are fees, but not when the attorney doesn't do the job. I had to repeatedly call and argue with his assistant, Claudia, just to try to resolve the situation. It felt so disrespectful and dismissive after years of loyalty. After a decade of trust and loyalty, I expected professionalism. Instead, I feel completely let down. I can no longer recommend his services to anyone.”

“Although my friend was the one directly affected, I am writing this review as I witnessed everything firsthand as I was by his side throughout this process. Over several years, my friend placed his trust -- and future -- in this attorney's hands, consistently paying for services and following guidance in good faith. Unfortunately, the level of care and professionalism expected from an immigration attorney was never met. There were ongoing issues with poor communication and delayed responses, but the last straw came when the attorney failed to appear at a scheduled USCIS case. He had full knowledge of the date and time, yet did not attend, did not notify my friend, and did not provide any form of communication before or after the missed appearance. My friend was left to face a critical moment completely alone, which is both unacceptable and potentially damaging to his case. Adding to this disappointment, the law firm then refused to provide a full refund, despite failing to deliver the essential services that were paid for. To take payment and not show up in court is an alarming breach of professional responsibility. This situation has raised serious concerns about the attorney's reliability, ethical standards, and overall commitment to serving a vulnerable population that relies heavily on competent legal support. I strongly advise others to seek immigration representation that prioritizes communication, accountability, and the well-being of their clients.”

“Lawyer Alvares in our case did a good job, the objective was not achieved but he did help in whatever he could. His team still has a lot to learn, they lack a lot of communication with customers, if you don't call to ask, they don't inform you. And obviously they like to make money like any other lawyer. “My boyfriend has been a long-time client here, working with him for several years and trusting him with important immigration matters. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying the full amount for legal representation and calling ahead of time to confirm that everything was scheduled, the attorney failed to show up to his USCIS interview. This was a crucial appointment, and we expected professionalism and reliability, especially after years of working together. Not only did his absence cause unnecessary stress, but it also showed a complete lack of responsibility and respect for his client's time and situation. They also wouldn't give him his full refund for the service. He had to call multiple times before it was given to him. We would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking dependable legal support. After years of loyalty, this experience has completely destroyed our trust. I would recommend looking for different law firms before moving forward with this one.”

“Worst service ever please don't go with this lawyer he only takes your money and do nothing about your case. Also the lady in finance name Claudia has a bad temper and really unprofessional. She is really rude with the customers.”
