Her genuine concern and the way she walked me through my options turned my nerves into total confidence. Later, I worked directly with Mr. McGhee, who was fantastic. He joined me on the Zoom meeting with the court, which made me feel so much more comfortable. He also handled all the complex paperwork for my home, which was incredibly important to me. “I contacted this firm almost 3 months ago. A woman named Lisa heard my story, father of 3 who lost there mom, etc. She gave me a number to text on and told me how filing for this was the best decision she had made. We continued to talk over text. She gave a ton of unsolicited advice. I followed it. Only to be ghosted by her. She has literally left me on "seen: on my last 6 messages. I am in a worse spot because I listened to this person who will no longer reply to me. I have all the messages saved as proof. Pretending to care just to blatantly ignore someone after is weak regardless of why. But especially weak when its someone being vulnerable and reaching out to you in a desperate situation.”

“If you are thinking of filing for bankruptcy, this is definitely the place for it. Mr. McGhee and Lisa are awesome. I knew I was going to have to file, but had been holding off for a few years. It came to the point where I could no longer wait, and I was overwhelmingly stressed with all the legal stuff coming down on me. From the initial call to Lisa to the very end of the whole process, they both always assured me not to worry and there was a fix to my problems. Mr. McGhee is very knowledgeable as I could tell during our meetings. I had tons of questions and concerns since my case was mostly business related debt.
