“I emailed the office this morning. Sandy wrote me back who is this. I have all of my dads information and I have not received a response back, and I am sure I will not. My dad was assigned S. Gately, he has been in the CO for almost a year and has not received a letter or any kind of info regarding his case. I have called and emailed several times and nothing! If your loved one is Court-Appointed this Lawyer PLEASE request another one. S. Gately you are supposed to help your clients & family... this is your job... maybe you are in the wrong field?”

“Had Sandy as a lawyer back in 2019. Wrote to her a dozen times had wife and mother reach out to her and show up to her "office" and never received a response. Very unprofessional and BAD at her job went to court said I was getting probation reinstated instead of being sentenced and they had to post pone court for another month and when I went to court that was never an option she made it up I went to prison. She then told my family that it was a win and I got what I wanted to get.. Everyone I ever met while in there that had her also suggested that she was the same way with them. Also read what she asks you to sign, she got me to sign a paper that I was getting the probation and I was dumb and excited to get out after being there for 6 months and it was not that it was a waive to appeal. Stay away from her as a lawyer.”

“Horrible experience... sandy gatley is my lawyer on my case it's been opened for almost 3 years and I've only been able to contact her once for 1 min and 30 sec After the second year.to this day I could call her 10 times and she won't awnser any nor call back and she says text her but leaves me on delivered for months absolutely trash of a lawyer 0 out of 10 wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy”

“Won't answer the phone. Been calling to get information for my fiance. She is his lawyer and hasn't even heard from her. I've called multiple times on days it says her "office" is "open" . She shouldnt even be a lawyer !”

“Not gonna lie, she's not heavy on the communication, but as long as you're communicating with her. She gets the messages and I guess the way the court works is you. Do kind of get to deliberate beforehand to figure out what you're gonna do. So I'd really like to complain, because she does never answer the phone. She really doesn't answer text messages. She won't even tell you if you've been rescheduled and what date so you gotta stay on top of all 9would have. Because she did what I asked=------=-=-===-.^ I -got ;4what I needed.
