There were times where I felt like I was entirely out of the loop and I only met Jim one time in person. A lot of times I was dying for information and a lot of stress was placed on the people around me. That's the main improvement I would suggest, checking in on clients and offering updates to help our peace of mind. They were very fair and honest with me.
