“He talks a good game. He was unprepared for for my case which I paid for in full ahead of time because I live out of state. Now, the issue is still the same and I have to travel 1500 miles if I want the issue to get fixed. I would not recommend him to anybody outside of Howell county or anybody at all to be completely honest.”

“I have not talked to Jacob Garrett yet but I talked to one of his assistants and she acted like I wasn't able to afford him right off the bat. Without even consulting with him. I don't make a lot of money but I think I can come up with the money to fight my case. I went the public defender route and my best interests were not theirs. I was told Jacob Garrett was a nice understanding man that wanted to help people fight their case the way it should be. I didn't expect to be treated that way over the phone but I hope Jacob Garrett doesn't treat me that way.”
