“Well, what can I say about this guy! Let's just say God put him on my case twice and he saved my life both times! With literally not a single ounce of sweat during it all. The first time I was 21 years old and made some horrible mistakes in college and he saved the day. And even most recently, the very Probation that They put me on he got them to terminate a part of it! He's very honest with you and he is very realistic. I would keep a guy like Mr Darwin On retainer, if it were ever needed, lol!”

“His reviews overall seem positive but do not be fooled. He is willing to violate client-attorney client privilege and knowingly misrepresent facts to the court to the extreme disadvantage of his client. In my case he withheld plea offers from me until they were withdrawn, lied to the DA regarding communication between he and I, incited fear and hostility between the court and I and consistently failed to communicate with me or act upon my repeated clearly expressed requests. I will post excerpts of the transcript where he admits to several of these legal malpractice actions once my appeal transcript is provided. He eventually withdrew from my case after greatly damaging it and after i repeatedly, for months, pled with him to withdraw, at which point i was provided a court appointed attorney who more successfully and competently did more in just over a year of being on my case than he was able to do in 4 long, stressful years as my "representation".”
