“Contacted Mr Waggoner's office to discuss a situation. Gave the receptionist a brief explanation of the problem and was told "He probably won't be interested, I'll have him call you when he gets back from lunch" It is now 4 hours later and no call so I call his office again. I am told by the same girl, "He isn't interested". Haven't even explained in detail what the case is about, but not interested! Really, the case easily fits into his described services on his web page. On top of that he didn't have the courtesy to even return my call. I wouldn't hire this guy for anything if this is the way he treats potential clients. My opinion, "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WAGGONER LAW FIRM!”

“Took my money 1000 of my retainer, for answering questions, called again asked for more money to answer questions. A joke!! Was rude bottom line, don't waste your money ESPECIALLY if you don't live local. Simple situation!! Rude!”
