3.0“I just bought my own home last year and it was so much smoother than this company. Sidney has been slow and disorganized in handling the closing of my mother's home. I was promised a closing of the 22 it's the 26, . I can't get calls answered. I can't speak to anybody. I got a 5 o'clock Friday text requesting more documentation when supposedly the money was sent. This is such a cluster. As of Monday, funds were released after several more documents were dealt with. Communication got better, but it wasn't the best of experiences”

1.0“Unprofessional to say the least. I've never seen a "title company" act so horrible. I've had to request the same documents and updates multiple times. April and Maxon Thrasher treated my clients horribly. I'd never send a real estate transaction to KNDS Law. Do yourself a favor and go someplace like Providence or First American.”
