“The team at Kirschenbaum and Kirschenbaum is the best. Jennifer Kirschenbaum has been my personal attorney representing me in employent and business agreements. She has special expertise in the healthcare industry. Her practice contains multiple other attorneys that I have worked with on multiple issues. There has been litigation, real estate deals, wills and trusts and in each matter the process was perfect. The best analogy is a high end group medical practice. You have your primary care as well as all the specialties under one roof. I would say Jennifer was my Consigliere of I were of that ilk. In an occasional matter that she thought required outside expertise she did not hesitate to arrange for me to be served by the best of the best but also not the most expensive. In years of deals I have never gotten a bill that made me scratch my head. Seems to always be a bit less than I was expecting. This is not the usual case with many law firms. I cannot recommend Jennifer and her colleagues strongly enough. Also if you read the negative reviews they really have no relevence to the work of the firm and are quite flimsy. I know what thats like having my own business and getting reviewed anonomously.”

“Christopher Russo was my lead attorney from Kirschenbaum and Kirschenbaum representing my Minor son in g`a dog attack case. He was highly attentive and was also very understanding of the times I was delayed in responding to him and did everything in his power to work with me. I will spare the long details. In essence when the settlement was complete, I learned not only through my sons Guardian Ad Litem but also from comments from the presiding judge that Mr Russo had not only defeated long standing court presidence but he also did so in a very novel way. He was able to overcome the protection of the "First Bite Rule" and guarantee my son a substantial long term settlement that would likely have not been achieved without Mr. Russo. Chris was a consummate professional that delved deep into the case and left no stone unturned. His resolve to hold the Insurance Company responsible for the horrific damages to my son forced them into an untenable position. Results may vary based on effective evidence on a case by case basis but I do not believe we would have achieved such a settlement without him. Their were many circumstantial pieces that might not have held weight without his novel interpretation of laws and precedence. I have recommended him to my own family members as well and would not do so without my full trust.”

“JUST RUDE! I called to inquire as to whether this law firm would be able to assist me (an individual) with a potential case against ADT Security Systems and the guy says, "Nah we don't represent ADT," and hung up! Clearly I did not call on behalf of ADT! There is no reason to be that nasty and rude!”

“This firm is a low level debt collection agency, if you're ever dealing with them please have your attorney file a motion to stay arbitration so that their case can be dismissed in front of a judge.”
