1.0“Worked with KG and his firm for 3 years with a custody case in Henry Co. Clear as day evidence against the opposing side and yet Mr. Gearin couldn't deliver. In 3 years, we only went to court once, while getting a custodial evaluation granted followed by another year of stalling and blaming Covid for not being able to get a judge to hear the case. I also caught Mr Gearin sharing and passing along key information related to my case to opposing counsel and opposing party via Google Docs. Took screenshots and opened up a complaint with the TN bar. If I could sum up my experience with Mr. Gearin it would be all bark, and maybe a nibble. Mr Gearin talks the talk like no other, but didn't really even walk the walk.”
