The Trust Grantor passed away in 2007. I, as sole Trustee was sued by the other beneficiary Dec 2024, for the remainder of the Trust estate. Austin Probst and Margaret Lindauer helped me through a very emotional and difficult time. They were professional and caring, listening and addressing all of my concerns from the beginning to the end. Beth Schlosser with her accounting expertise, put all the many years in order with no stone left unturned. The associate was very knowledgeable about the issues and provided detailed instructions and advice on how to gather relevant information.
