“Joe Habachy, is one of the greatest attorneys in the state of GA. My husband was facing a sentence of at least two decades. Joe, NEVER gave up. Which my husband truly was. “Joe Habachy is the Real Deal! I had a great experience working with Joe and his team. Very transparent and very quick to return my calls. Straight forward and honest and especially very thorough. I hired Joe to help defend my brother on a case and with just a few hours of looking into the case Joe was able to make a few calls, with those calls Joe was able to secure a deal of a century!! My brother was offered 2+ years of prison and Joe got it reduced to house arrest with probation. The previous attorney we hired charged us $25k and couldn't even get anything done and was trying to get my brother to plea out to a 2+ years of jail. Joe is very well connected and knows this stuff.
