“I called for legal advice. On 29 May 26 at 9:30am, a woman calls me back. She was not cordial and provided horrible customer service! My question was regarding my ex-spouse receiving overpayment directly from me, and through dfas from my retirement. I asked, is there a demand letter to be used to possibly get back my overpayment? She abruptly states, we can't help you and the conversation ends.”

“What a joke. They font know what they're doing. They screwed my taxes up 2xs had to write a letter one year do we e wouldn't get penalized. The other year they really screwed us 2020 on my first time home buyers. Go to AARP for free if you're retired military. More knowledgeable, Professional. Not rude either.”

“Looking to make online appointment. They were all booked up for July and the August appointment schedule was not out yet. It was a little difficult actually getting to the website but pretty straight forward to navigate. I feel they need to open appointment schedule for next month earlier so people can plan there schedule.”

“A little difficult to get appointment and had some confusion as to what we could do while there but with persistance on our part a wonderful lady took charge and helped us. We were able to accomplish what we needed to get done.”

“This by far the worst Legal Office I have ever had to deal with. The Reps answering the phone was not able to give any assistance. I was trying to book an appointment thru the website and it showed booked but the Reps said keep calling back everyday to see if the appointments were open. Was never able to book. Ended up calling Lackland Legal and got an appointment ASAP.”
