“The only time I wouldn't give 5 stars is when have to wait forever. The time before, 1 of the workers himself wasn't sure where & had to ask. He came back to get us & we went. It was to late. Closed 30 minutes before. The Mon. went & we were fixing to go. A young person came to us & helped.”

“Most likely due to the nature of our issue, the lawyer was not familiar (contract law) and was not able to provide much assistance. Didn't ask to see any of the documents (contract, pictures, timeline, etc.) nor offer referral to any civilian lawyer. She did provide a couple of helpful suggestions.”

“When you call, It takes a long time to get to the end of the menu. And when it does, it asks if you are you want to speak to a representative, then stay on the line. Well it does not contact you with the representative. Instead puts you into a loop that you can't get out of unless you hang up. I find that extremely extremely Bush league and frustrating.”

“Great service. Allowed me to walk in and get something notarized. Randolph required an appointment and never answered the phone to make the appointment. The airman at the desk was friendly.”

“We didn't get what we needed from this legal because we just both retired. The admin worker was very helpful regardless and gave us other avenues that wouldn't cause us to overpay on services.”
