“My husband and I recently planned to interview several attorneys in order to select someone to advise us on revising our estate plan, but once we met Jim Voeller, we knew we didn't need to look any further. Jim is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. After a brief period of getting to know us and asking us a few questions, it was apparent that he "got us" and understood what we wanted and needed, even better than we did ourselves. He walked us through what each of the documents to be created should be and, even more importantly, how they fit together into a whole to take care of all of our planning needs. He offered us several good suggestions about issues and options to consider in structuring our wishes and helped us understand the whole estate planning process better than we had before. The whole process (which we had been dreading, prior to engaging Jim) was simple, straight-forward, and educational for us and completed in just a couple of weeks. Most of all, we feel that our family's estate plan reflects what we want and need. His office staff is very efficient and pleasant, and it's a real plus, while planning for our future, to know that his office has continuity in the form of his son and associate, David. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our interactions with Jim. We would certainly recommend him to others and will contact him first with any future legal needs we have.”

“I recently established an Revocable Living Trust with the Voeller Law firm. I worked with James Voeller to create the trust. He was my parent's estate lawyer and helped my family through the legal process when my father died. We were very happy with the support and guidance we received. I found Jim and his staff easy to work with, efficient, knowledgeable and experienced. My situation was complicated in that I owned homes in different states and in Mexico and he was able to give advice on the best way to handle these in the trust. He provided an organized binder of documents to contain everything in one place and a flash drive of copies so I can easily store and send the information to my executor. I look forward to working with him in the future.”

We were looking for a person who stays abreast of the necessary legal and financial issues surrounding estate law. We also wanted an individual who is capable of communicating with us in a clear and concise manner and someone who would answer both our present and future questions. When we met Jim Voeller to discuss our situation we felt he would meet the above requirements in a competent and capable manner. In 2009 Mr. Voeller created an Estate Planning Portfolio specific to our family's needs. Anytime I have asked a question or a comment, Jim's responses have been adequate, to the point, and in a timely manner. We have kept in touch with Jim periodically and have recently completed a restatement of our Estate Planning Portfolio that better reflects current needs.”
