“My experience with this law office was deeply frustrating and unprofessional. They handled the estate of a deceased family member with little care or respect for the surviving relatives and beneficiaries. Communication was poor, questions went unanswered, and their demeanor was often rude and dismissive. Rather than offering clarity and support during a difficult time, their actions created confusion. The lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the process felt sketchy and irresponsible. I would not recommend this firm for any probate or estate-related matters.”

“My case was a little weird because it envolved 2 different states. After talking to way too many lawyers (some major name lawyers in both states) over the course of a year and having every lawyer tell me that I had to get a lawyer from the other state to move my case over to the state I reside in and vice versa, I was losing hope that I could ever find someone to help me. I came to Jackson Morones because I passed by their office almost every day and decided to give my last shot at getting my custody battle handled. I contacted them, set up a meeting, asked if they could help me and without hesitation, they told me they could. They handled EVERYTHING. They got my original case transferred over and helped me with getting full custody of my children. They answered every question I asked, never treated me like I was stupid, explained all the confusing legal language, never sugar coated things and always laid out all of the information, good and bad. Matt endured my frustrations and anxieties regarding our case and helped reassure me and keep me calm. They gave me best and worst case scenarios and had a plan for tackling each one. Jennifer was absolutely amazing in court and mediation and handled our situation wonderfully! They understood what I wanted, would reality check me when it was needed, and always respected me and my family. Now that our custody case has been handled, they are even going above and beyond by helping us even more with a separate case. I have recommend my family and friends come to Jackson Morones for all their legal troubles. This has by far been my best lawyer experience and I absolutely can not recommend them enough times. “My case was a bit unusual. I left a msg after hours and received a call promptly the next day. Nothing was ever sugar coated and I was ALWAYS given best and worst case scenarios. Although I am in the legal field myself, the time was always taken to explain what was being prepared and filed and why. When there was some nasty opposition from the other party, Matt handled it and kept me calm. They understood my schedule and never wasted my time and we were able to handle everything electronically so I did not have to miss work. When I had questions or requested a status update it was all done professionally and quickly. I will be using this legal team again for another legal matter in the near future. Best part they did not break the bank on fees. Highly recommend.”
