“I will not discuss my situation publicly. However, the process was started almost two years ago. Through dishing out more money than I would like to admit. He was unhelpful. Charges were always added. His staff is rude, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional. It took my husband showing up at his office 5 months after our court date to get the paperwork and other items needed to move on and close this matter. We had to be the one to continuously communicate to him, when we were not even getting phone calls returned. We would not recommend this law firm to anyone.”

“Went to him a few years ago to help with a child custody case. I had CPS records that would have helped me get sole custody of my Che did not use that as evidence in my case so my ex got. Visitations which he did not deserve the exist still verbally and physically abusive so I have been withholding my child from visitations for his safety and I told Mr. Rastinger that the visitations were not going well and all. I got was well. The judges already made a ruling on it so there's nothing we can do about it because he refused to take it back to court so I don't recommend. Rising her for any kind of child custody case you'd be better off finding somebody else. Now I have to rego back to court to protect my child because Mr. Rising or did not help me and would not listen to anything that I had to. Salso his assistant Shannon is very rude and unhelpful. I just called today to verify information on an email that I got and before I could finish explaining what the email said she straight up told me that she. Wasn't going to argue with me And all I was trying to figure out is what this paper was saying to me by reading it to her and to ask her what I needed to do about. It because my lawyer was unavailable well yeah so I would not recommend them. They need better personalities and customer service skills and so much more again. Do not recommend these people to anybody because they only have to do their job and then they want to tell you they're not gonna argue with you. If you don't understand something and is trying to understand what paperwork you're being sent?.”
